I can’t recommend this garage enough! The team took the time to really figure out what was wrong with my car. They were so generous with their time, super helpful, and just genuinely lovely people to deal with. I’ll definitely be coming back here for any future work. I’ll also be recommending them to all my friends and family!

Always a great service. Friendly, helpful and always do a great job. Never any problems. Returned to using them after trying another garage (only because it was more convenient for work)! After being badly let down at the other garage, returned to Sergisons and will never try anywhere else again!

Awful garage. Over £1000 lost because of them. The first visit I asked them to replace a DPF I bought. They fitted itand after my car was rattling. I took it back a further 2 times to them to get the rattle fixed. Both times they said it doesnt rattle anymore. Last week I looked under my car where they put the DPF in. Almost immediately after getting under my car I noticed the DPF was loose due to them not bothering to put the screw into the bracket that actually secures it. The bracket is now also snapped because of the constant rattling. At this point I took it to BMW directly. They have found that the DPF is now snapped too because it wasnt installed with the bracket securing it. Absolute joke Update on below- email sent after calling with dates and details - no reply

Been going to this garage for many years and was always pleased with the friendliness and efficiency of Ewan and his team . Sadly since the new personnel the service and attitude has decreased rapidly. In 2023 they fitted me a catalytic converter after I said something was noisy , costing me several hundred pounds . Noise continued and it was a 5 min job taking off a plate. NO APOLOGY . Last week I took my car in for its MOT , initially they told me I needed ….a New cat converter!! as car had failed on emissions as well as some other issues. ( which kept changing each time I rang them). After reminding them they had fitted me one and I had also had another exhaust part fitted by Quick fit in the last few months my exhaust should be ok . They told me Quick fit hadn't sealed it correctly and they would complete the work . I was rather annoyed as the goal posts repeatedly changed on the work which was required and I was told on several different times that my car would be ready when it wasn’t resulting on wasted journeys to town to collect.I was reminded by the same rather rude mechanic who fitted the cat converter in 2023 that my car was old (2007) which I am very aware of. When I finally collected my car I thought it had no pull and was loud so thought I would take it on a longer run the following day to test it out as I was going to the races . SUPRISE SUPRISE 2 PARTS OF THE EXHAUST FELL OFF JUST OUTSIDE BEVERLEY which resulted in me and my passenger waiting for breakdown services . I have not notified the garage about this because I just don’t need any more arrogance from them as I’m sure I would be told it’s Quick fits fault. I would NEVER NOW RECOMMEND THIS GARAGE TO ANYONE, particually if you are a lone female. I do however have to commend the polite young ladies on reception.
