Terrible hair salon, very rude staff who do not listen to what you want. I don’t know the name of the person who cut my daughter’s hair, but she was rude, and did not listen to my daughter at all. Took her here to have her hair cut, she asked for her below shoulder length hair to be cut into a shaggy mullet, the women just immediately started to cut most of it off into an unevenly cut, jaw-length bob. When she said she didn’t want this hair style, the hairdresser told her it looked better anyway. An absolute joke of a hairdressers. If you want to pay to get insulted and have your hair ruined, this us the place to go.

I used to get my haircut at pure salon ,i went there for a few years and they did a great job. However, the person who used to do my hair knew I was a vulnerable person, I can't always voice my opinion so she decided to do whatever she wanted with my hair without asking . She also needs to sort out her attitude as ive never been talked down to in a hairdressers like that anywhere else.Never again.
