My nannan got the worst care and misdiagnosed tried to send her home with a fractured bone, when she couldn’t walk they said she was walking around when I tried to get her up she was in loads of pain and couldn’t even take a step I told them she wasn’t fit enough to go home just tried to give her antibiotics and send her home. Wouldn’t take my dog here for care I know nhs are over run but it was disgusting how she was treated

my partner 67 has prostate cancer twice ,he's going to urology today to get his catheter changed from his thigh , kept him waiting over an hour without informing that the doctor or nurse went on a meeting,he was falling asleep ,due to his medication to keep him alive if we didn't go to reception ,,,,he could of been sat there for god knows when , told she's been in a meeting now seeing another patient.bare in mind we were the only ones day in waiting room , meetings should not take place whilst patients have appointments.putting that first ,,we had to leave .no fault of his own ,no one would come and told him sorry they had a meeting. receptionist was so kind and understood ,disgusting

Got taken into AMU for tests. There was a wait but the nurse Christina was the most caring and kind nurse, and put me completely at ease. Everything was fully explained and the examinations were very thorough. Thank you Christina x

Consultant and support staff in the women's hospital were lovely and supportive throughout my appointment! Made me feel at ease and cared for. On time, welcoming, and great standards of cleanliness. An example to follow by the department and the hospital! Our NHS staff deserve much better pay, care, and work environments!

I cannot praise our NHS in Doncaster enough. 111 were fantastic in emergency. Ambulance crew that came to Bessacarr were amazing.. 100% in care compassion and skill. Thank you all for the best of care in what was for me a real health emergency.please pass on to the teams my grateful thanks.
