After filling in the car insurance details on line I just needed to check a couple of things. Managed to get through after about 15min wait on the phone. I explained to staff member what I had done on line and no problem went through the complete insurance again and checked everything was correct. Very helpful and pleasant on the phone. Only problem was payment details would not connect at One Call after x3 attempts. Eventually sorted out by another staff member. Overall great price for car insurance. Staff helpful.
The first car insurance policy I have kept for several years in a very long time. Fair price and fair renewal without having to barter down. I have made one claim which was dealt with very efficiently, and every call made to the platinum club to change details was quickly answered and queries resolved without fuss. I could not recommend highly enough due to the fair prices and top customer service.
I am thankful to Olimpia ( OS3 ) for explaining some details of the car policy that were not clear to me. Thank you again for your patience.
This is the best insurance company I have ever used, hence we have been with them for several years. The Customer Portal allows most things to be done online, and if you do need to call the customer service is excellent, responsive and informative. They even call you up to remind of your fantastic benefits, and offer you some more you didn't know you could have. No pressure selling, but some of the extras are well worth it. Can't fault them
This is an outfit for a separate insurance firm 'one-click'. All done online, can't speak to anyone. They're an absolutely awful company with complete disregard for people. Totally stitched me up after I decided not to have their insurance within the 14 cooling off period - as per my rights. They've now put something on my file that I've been refused insurance, which means I'm finding it very difficult to get insurance under £2.5k. This will stay on my record like a stain. Absolute joke. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
