5 stars for the service on Wednesdays, when Sophie is there:) She is friendly, welcoming, and treats customers with kindness. On the days when Sophie is not there, the other staff members are unfriendly and abrupt. This poor customer service by some of the staff members makes the time spent in this place not enjoyable. These other staff members could definitely be nicer in order to make the experience easier for customers. This is why the rating is lowered to a 3 for the place as a whole.

The lady who works there was very rude and unpleasant. It was my first time using a launderette service. All I wanted was to puff up my down jacket. I needed some change to get the washing machine started, upon collecting the change from the lady she first told me I should have already put my jacket in the washer to save time before coming to collect the change. She kept making unnecessary comments like “good luck with the jacket I have seen people use upto £40 to puff that up”. Anyway I used the dryer and it was almost done in about 30 minutes. I was contemplating putting it for another drying cycle when she called me Stupid in the middle of a conversation. I had to walk out of the shop unhappy and the job half done. Hope no one else has such unpleasant experience for nothing. 🙏

I had an excellent experience at the laundromat today due to the lady working here - Jane, going the extra mile for me. Extremely helpful and made my day, making it that much easier :)

i go here all the time since i moved to doncaster as my washing machine is broken. i’ve been going for about 4 months and every time ive been they’ve been so helpful and lovely, there’s been times i’ve left due to being busy and they’ve washed and dried and folded my clothes for when im back. very polite people xx

I ran an events business and usually I go here to wash the linens after the events. Been alright for the past years but this Tuesday the old lady who works there shouted at me for crumbs that went on the floor as if she was speaking to her child. I was so disappointed and she needs to learn to speak to people. She may have been having a bad day as she even spoke rudely to another couple who barely understood English. If the owner can read this please speak to her about good customer service or she can retire if she is tired.
