Had a problem with 2 locks on conservatory doors .Was given a time slot but James phoned to say he could get there earlier. Job was assessed and work completed with little fuss . James was very kind and considerate and made sure I was happy with the work before he left. Good service and would recommend.
Terry called out within 2 hours and fitted me a new lock and handle. Also adjustedTwo doors. Very pleased with the service and highly recomended.
Phoned in the morning. Given a price and time. Terry turned up on time was very pleasant and professional. All in all very good service.
Would give NO stars if available. Called to get a lock changed for a tenant in this area, all lovely, costs agreed 85+ vat. All arranged. Called to see if they had been, NO. Called the company, was hung up on twice. Called from another number and it was answered. I explained the problem and was put on hold. Then hung up on. They are obviously acting in a discriminitive way, as it is a caravan site!! Never mind the 70 year old with a door that won't lock. DISGUSTING!!! I have reported them.
Terry was fantastic, brilliant service sorted our door out within an hour! Was very friendly and professional definitely recommend this company and Terry!
