i got my nails done at hollywood nails today and they did an amazing job im obsessed they are so nice and frendly would definitely recommend🥰

The service was shocking. I asked for gel nails and to remove the gel I had on. They used a drill that hurt and burned my nail. I let her know and she didn't change the way she worked and made me feel bad for letting her know. The next time it happened it really hurt and she then put them in a gel remover solution for a few minutes and said this doesn't work. The gel I had on was done by them and was not a builder gel. She seemed very annoyed with me for this and that it was taking her long than she would like it to. Then she asked me what shape I wanted and I said the same I had, I don't know what it is called. She thought I said almond. I let her know right away when she started and she looked at me and told me to stop confusing her. This made the appointment awkward. After some time I asked her recommendation on a colour to try to break the bad air. She then said I don't know you so you will need to just pick something. I really couldn't wait to get out of there as the service was so bad. The place is good for not needing an appointment without pre-booking; but depending who you have the woman with glasses is rude, works fast and guess how much you should pay and seems to differ to the price list.

Had my nails done for 1 week and half my real nail is already showing. I went in with my 2 yr old in the pram not something I have ever done but she was quite vocal and loud and the woman kept telling her to be quiet. Thought she was quite rude especially when I tried to inociate conversation as I don't like awkward silence and she was very dismissive and said he knew all she needed to. Will not go there again and I don't recommend. 36 quid for basic nails that already need infills.
