everytime i call this chemist to ask them about my mums medication, the lady that always answers is so rude. They also always deliver my parents medication when theyre not home. Even after asking them to deliver it after my parents go to pick up their children from school, they still deliver it when theyre are not home. Appalling behaviour on their behalf as they do not care for anything and are absolutely rude.

ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC SERVICE! Doncaster Chemist has gone above and beyond, helping me through a very tuff time. I was struggling to get Nomad packs for my sick Uncle from his local chemist, after being a customer for over 40 years. So I found Doncaster Chemist on line, and registered. From the first contact, I was reassured, and made to feel at ease, knowing they were going to sort out his Nomad packs, but more importantly managed to help me with the minefield of changes to my Uncle's medication each time he was discharged from hospital. Nothing was a problem for the staff especially Rishi and his wife. There was a personal touch, that made all the difference, which is very rare theses days. Keep up the much appreciated GOOD WORK.

From contacting them to my prescription arriving at my door was all within 16 hours. Would highly recommend and will be using them again.
