Took my mum for her flu & covid vaccinations yesterday, the staff were professional & helpful with any questions my mum had. Mr Singh the pharmacist was professional, throughout the consultation, treated my mum with dignity & respect, explained the services they provide. Excellent 10/10
I went to this pharmacy last Tuesday for my RSV vaccination, which I had booked in advance. When I arrived, they told me, Sorry, we don’t know why it was booked the person who does the vaccination is on holiday. Please come next Tuesday. I agreed and came again this week after confirming over the phone yesterday that my appointment was fine and the vaccination would be done today. However, when I arrived again, I was told they still couldn’t do the RSV vaccination and that they didn’t know why the NHS had booked it there. This was extremely frustrating and disappointing — I travelled all the way from York to Doncaster twice for this appointment, and I’m 29 weeks pregnant, so it’s not easy for me to keep making these unnecessary trips.The lack of communication and organisation between the pharmacy and the NHS booking system is unacceptable. They should not allow appointments to be booked if they cannot provide the service. I hope this feedback helps prevent others from going through the same experience.
Superb Pharmacy Staff are always caring and pleasant and nothing is too much trouble, wish my doctors surgery were as efficient !

Went here for travel vaccinations and would definitely recommend. The whole process was very quick and easy and Ricky was great. He explained everything fully and made sure we got our full course of vaccinations in time before our holiday. Thankyou
