Absolutely shocking! Called up in regards to my parents prescription just to check whether they are ready to be picked up as I live far away and they cannot travel. Got told by an Asian man on the phone that „ he doesn’t have the time to be checking things like this, as he’s busy” and put the phone down on me. We have to treat NHS workers with respect however it should work vice versa. Very unprofessional. Will be looking to take this further.

Been using this pharmacy for years and very rare had any problem up until past 6-7 months. It was the best pharmacy in Doncaster but for the past 6-7 months there is a problem with almost every prescription. 8/10 visits to this pharmacy are full of disappointments. I had an email today saying my wife's prescription is ready for collection and when I went to collect it they said there is no order on the system at all. The last order they had was a month ago. I showed them the confirmation email which I received today and they couldn’t understand why this email was sent. Previously we used to get a call or a message on the app if any problems with the prescription. Now they send a message/email to confirm the prescription is ready for collection but when we turn up to collect it doesn’t exist! It takes weeks to get your medication so make sure you order your medicine well in advance in order to still not get it on time! Ridiculous!

Had to review how Weldricks pharmacy MAIL ORDER service has consistently delivered sustained excellent customer service over past years. PLUS: GREAT LOWER PRICES than high street. Look at their Web site and see. (eg) Flexiseque for knees, joint pain I order several items quite regularly. The delivery service for me has always been brilliant. Highly recommended

I visited this pharmacy yesterday, 26th March, to collect my prescription. The lady pharmacist handed my prescription to me and noticed a wound on my leg. This generous, lovely lady pharmacist offered some very good and polite advice on my wound. I have never experienced such genuine care from any other pharmacist! Thankyou.
