Weldricks Pharmacy - East Laith Gate

Good bunch of staff here, and my mum has been looked after by this pharmacy for probably 20-30 years. Had to move her though because their delivery service Leedale had given me the wrong information saying she had to pay for a monthly prescription Delivery which apparently isnt the case since its not a regular 'tray' but glad this pharmacy seem to know more than the people responsible for Deliveries. The staff are easy to deal with and the pharmacists are happy to discuss things with you if needed. I've mentioned moving her to Pharamcy4U and the pharmacist gave the positives of both options and clearly cares about the patients that she's despensing for.

Becky is an absolute LEGEND! I had an issue with the doctors not sending my prescription over and she sorted it out for me but went above and beyond to do this for me! More than once she has been a total babe and helped me out. Customer service at its finest and I wish all pharmacy’s had staff like this lady! She should lead your staff training team for all to deliver exceptional customer service. Thank you Becky❤️❤️

Very disappointed with the service, sent in a prescription first class which is advised if you want them to receive the next day(would of gone 1st thing Monday morning) it’s now Sunday and still haven’t received a notification saying medication is on the way, my poor dog is having to go without pain meds until they arrive.. Won’t be ordering from this company again..!!!

Absolutely amazing pharmacy! Staff can't so enough and are always friendly, helpful and polite. Special thanks to nichola, Lynne, carole, Emma and Hamza for always going above and beyond as chemists and taking a genuine interest in my life and always checking I'm okay. Means alot guys and most definitely shows with your genuine caring attitude xxxx
