Weldricks Pharmacy - Intake

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Visited on Saturday 20th December around 12:15pm with tonsillitis as I know my own body and have had it 4 times this year including this time. Pharmacist told me it’s viral when I’ve had it for 5 days and isn’t getting any better. Returned after about 10 minutes, just to be told they shut at 1 and to go to Sandringham Practice Pharmacy instead. Tried to explain to the Manager that I can show her the picture of my throat and she said “no I don’t need to see your picture” and I also tried to explain I can’t go to Cavendish Court because I have work at 3pm to which the manager also responded with “Well you shouldn’t be working then if you’re that unwell” Which we all know isn’t that simple, especially with working in an industry where we’re open through the entire of Christmas. Ended up going to Sandringham Practice Pharmacy, who prescribed me antibiotics without prior knowledge of me being at this pharmacy first and also got told that I’m actually eligible to have my tonsils taken out. But yeah, it’s just viral 🤷‍♀️

Phenomenal service for me today after my other pharmacy failed to order in my prescription then lied to me about it being available elsewhere these guys with no prior notice bent over backwards to try and sourced what I needed asap, following up. Over and above. I’ll write a seperate review but avoid using Weldricks East laith gate, they’re a joke - use this one instead

Visiting family I had forgotten my meds. NHS111 directed me to this pharmacy for an emergency prescription. The staff here were brilliant, the service I received was second to none and they supplied important meds to enable me to continue my holiday. Thank you to all the staff.

Terrible service slow and rude staff will never use again
