Karen at weldrics chemist was amazingly helpful and very polite she made sure i got the pacific items i needed due to other medication brands having bad effects on me . This lady requested the correct brands i needed with no complains in doing so . Thank you kafdn
Really poor chemist with awful service If it wasn’t local I certainly would not use it. 5-7 days of ordering a prescription and it may be ready but when you walk in it’s dark and dingy looks dirty and if you time it on the wrong day you will be snarled at by the older lady that works there who is loud rude abrupt and often makes you feel ignored. The only good one is Cheryl(I think that’s her name sorry) Most staff congregate in the back and then look at you like you are something they avoid on a pavement. Everything seems to be too much of an effort for anyone to help or serve. If there was another chemist close I would avoid this one at all costs.
Yet another bad experience at this pharmacy. I think there have been 2 out of 10 instances when prescriptions have been ready to pick up but todays experience has finally done it! Despite ordering repeats well in advance (as you should do to give the busy pharmacist time to check them), - 9 days in advance in this particular instance - I arrive this morning to find that my prescription needs to be ‘signed off’? and there’s a 45 minute wait. Unacceptable and shockingly bad customer service. My pre arranged plans for the day have had to be altered to enable me to return and pick up my prescription. Perhaps it’s about time Weldricks actually acted on these bad reviews/experiences and did something positive to improve the quality of service. I personally will be using another pharmacy from now on.

Used numerous times never yet had prescription ready even though its been emailed 24 in advance always same excuse, we have only just received it their IT system must a ZX spectrum running a 56K dial up modem, just. Be honest and have a sign on the door saying there will be a 20 minute wait
