CLOSING AT ONE MINUTE AS I PULL UP?!!! Ignoring me as I knock on the door, because I needed a package incredibly desperately and the woman TURNED HER BACK to me and walked off? How rude can you possibly be?!? One minute of her time was all I needed to get an important package, but nooooo. Apparently customer service is a foreign concept to these people.

The two postman that work in beckingham just outside Gainsborough are amazing Got asked by my uncle to go pick a letter up and then repost it to him while he was on holiday. The letter was recorded delivery so needed a signature. I got to the house and there was only a card put through saying we missed you today. Luckily, I saw the postman I said to him, have you got the letter? He said no? Is the other Lad with that? He called the other Lad and got him to come round to the house to drop it off to me so I could then go to the post office to send it my special delivery to where he is on holiday. Amazing couple of lads absolutely fantastic service Well done, Lad for representing your company very proudly This was on the 11th of June 2025. I hope your bosses see this and congratulate you well done again.

This service is less than useless they need shutting down, the postman just walks off after waiting a whole 12 seconds for you to answer the door, then on the second day again he just walks off, i have cctv of this, why not go next door or wait a little longer than 12 seconds, then when i ring up for redelivery they tell me it will be out in two days. Well two days come and go and still no delivery, so a call again and am told i can collect it if i bring the red card that the postman left, but he didn't leave a card because he never turned up, so i ask for yet another redelivery in two more days, and you guessed it, nothing arrives. there's no wonder the royal mail is hated by so many people, its a less than useless service that are incapable of doing the ONLY thing their job title dictates which is to deliver mail. id give them zero stars but that's not allowed. This company needs shutting down they are the worst service ever, and I'm left wondering what do they do with all these undelivered items that people haven't received, maybe we need to check the local car boot sales. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF ROYAL MAIL. WHERES MY ITEM.

I've been in my house waiting all day for a parcel, no knock and when my dog barked I walked outside to see the van driving away and the notice on my floor that I'd missed the delivery. This is the fourth time that this has either happened or my parcels have been sent to neighbours or elsewhere mistakenly.

Never trust royal mail leaflets drop off service. We have recently used this service for our business in Mexborough area, hoping of introducing our business to new customers but unfortunately we have had locals coming back to our shop with a bunch of leaflets that were dropped at their address by royal mail and complaining about it.
