Fast, responsive customer service. I would buy from the Shoe Healer again. My orders were shipped out from the UK on Thursday, arrived in Seattle on Sunday, and delivered to me by Monday afternoon. Shipping was free, plus 20% VAT removed, plus a 30% special discount - even got a protective cover sole put on prior to shipping (saves me a trip & long wait at my local cobbler). I am so happy with my new Trickers; they are super comfortable to wear! Thank you!!!

Stopped by here yesterday (stopped by being about 3 hours!). A visit to The Shoe Healer is like a visit to a familiar friends home (one who shares your enthusiasm for shoes!). You simply cannot find a more honest crowd than those who work at The Shoe Healer. Their years of experience, passion for their craft and understanding of customer needs is remarkable. They do not push products onto you, yet are readily available to explain every detail of every shoe they sell or repairs they offer. Above all, this place is more than just a shop. It feels like a gathering hub for like-minded individuals. Do yourself a favour and visit.
What a fantastic company to deal with. Having purchased several pairs of boots and shoes, as well as having a number of other shoes repaired by Shoe Healer, I can’t recommend them highly enough. Their service both in-store and online is consistently exceptional. Definitely worth a visit if you ever need high quality shoes or shoe repairs.
