Charlatan of a company The combination of Zoe and Shona was akin to the chuckle brothers. 1 know my case was a bit complicated however I don't think they knew how to read bank Statements and business accounts, and they should have told me after 2 weeks they couldn't do it . they received all the information they asked for in less than 2 working days. They strUng me along for More than ten weeks and did absolutely nothing. I think they were hoping to frustrate me so much That I would just relinquish their services. they knew I was going away for a long period in November. I started proceedings in August. when they eventually admitted it was beyond their experience I was furious as I didn't have Much time to get another Solicitor. less than three hours before I went away. Luckily TB down the road were helpful and let me sign my contract while abroad. After an argument with Zoe she said to me I could have Changed solicitors anytime I wanted and there would have been No charge. If you believe that from a solicitor after signing a contract then you will believe anything. They also lost two years of my accounts but luckily because of their incompetence I asked for a receipt. And To add insult to injury Shona was on holiday 3 times in 10 weeks, and when I asked to speak Zoe she never returned my calls. And the only time she asked me into her office was the last day and that was Only because I was furious and kicking up a fuss. When I asked for my documents back Zoe said they had binned them. In other words they didn't even print them off or more likely they lost them. By trying to procure a fee from Me they not only Infuriated me they cost the Vendors money and the estate agents who I knew were not happy too. If the owners of this business wants to talk to me regarding this matter then I am willing to discuss it. otherwise I'll be taking this to the small claims court to retrieve lost money by the Vendors as soon as the sale is complete.
