I am writing to thank you for your work in bringing my settlement to a conclusion. I appreciate the time, effort, and expertise you have dedicated to my case, and I am pleased that the matter has now been resolved. I do however wish to express that the overall process took longer than I had expected. The extended time frame caused me some frustration, and I feel it is important to share this feedback. In hindsight had I used my own motor insurance policy with legal cover, I understand that I would likely have recovered the full amount without needing to instruct external solicitors. This is something I had not fully appreciated at the outset. I believe it is useful for you to be aware of this perspective, particularly for future clients who may be in a similar position and would benefit from clearer guidance about available alternatives at the start of the process. To be honest I had a lot of people handling my file and then it was passed to Sophie Edwards. A lovely considerate person who asked about the accident, listened, and cared. Hi this calm as been going on 2 years and 2 months, every-time I made contact the person had left the company or moved to another job, this resulting the new consultant having to come up to speed. After a year I just let it run its cause. I believe if the consultant had remained the same throughout this would have been sorted out, a long time ago. I understand it also depends on the other side, but if I had a regular consultant they could have chased it up fast, instead of a consultant picking the claim up when the other side decided to reply. I do believe I have not received value for money, as a committed consultant would have been up to speed and could have moved faster on this case. But still you want your commission. I do thank you for your work, but it’s been a long winded journey. At least it’s at an end. If ever I am in need again I thing I will go with my union’s solicitors.
