I have had a terrible experience with these solicitors. Do not use them! The staff I dealt with were inexperienced, ineffective, rude and defensive. My appointment was cancelled without any notification and I had to keep ringing to get another one, by which time I'd had enough. Luckily I can move on to another solicitor, I will not use this firm again.

I want to make a honest review of that company. I bought with them a property couple years ago and know we are in the process of second. A first one was incredible fast and smooth. HOWEVER a current one which we are in the process is taking absolutely too long and a communication with a solicitor is just horrendous. I know that most people are busy but if i pay for a service i expect a top communication with a fast service. I dont know what happened with a company since the last time but is getting worse and worse. After a conversation with Abbie ive been told that everything is on track. BUT IS NOT! communication and process time are a absolutely nightmare.
