My hubby went in to the TUI Doncaster store this morning (Monday) and was greeted within about 3 seconds by Sarah who is one of the most fantastic high street travel agents we’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. We weren’t sure whether we needed to visit the store in person today with such a small query but Sarah made us feel so welcome and I can’t speak highly enough of her. 5 stars highly recommended. Old fashioned customer service (in a good way!).

I recently booked my holiday at TUI and wanted to give a shoutout to Kerrie for her help. Kerrie was incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable and listened carefully to book exactly what we were looking for. Kerrie took all the stress out of the booking process and was meticulous with the details. We already knew which hotel we wanted to stay but Tia, Advisor was very helpful and polite in booking hotel for us. Always find staff at Doncaster Branch of Tui helpful. She also applied offer of an excursion for us.

Recently booked a cruise at the Doncaster TUI store with Laura. She was very efficient, knowledgable and patient when I couldn’t quite decide which cabin I wanted. She took the stress out of booking the cruise and for this I thank her. Highly recommend booking your next holiday with Laura, I know I will again!
