I’ve been 3 time to Sophia’s now and each time the food has been amazing ! Fresh, warm and home made which is what you want. The ham and cheese is my favourite, but her other rolls and cakes are delicious too. The lady that has served me each time has been so lovely and polite. I couldn’t recommend her enough !

You can actually feel these women put their hearts into making this food. Everything is absolutely delicious even though the pizza is our favourite by far. I honestly can't praise them enough and will always come back here for the best pastries and pizza ♥️

Sofia yummy** I went today with some friends for the first time , I had a lovely latte with a delicious lemon cake . I ask the staff if we could grab a candle and sing happy birthday to our Romanian friend and they did so well . I highly recommend 😍 Amazing staff & service.🎉

The pastries need more filling. Absolutely everything is very dry, and I wonder what the ratio of bread dough to filling is. Maybe it's 80/20. I haven't tried any sweet cakes, but the bakery definitely needs to improve its pastry products.

On a visit to the town I saw the service window open and politely enquired how much a slice of Pizza was to which the owner/worker completely freaked out and refused to approach the window or engage in conversation with a potential customer. Eventually they managed to grunt out "No Pizza!"...but did not offer anything else from the myriad of other products they had on the shelves. I have a very strong suspicions as to what is driving their behaviour...but suffice it to say, they will never get my business again. I would recommend avoiding this establishment until they develop customer service practices that welcome all people and everyone willing to spend money in their establishment. This isn't Alabama in the early 60's.
