Wrights bakery

Bought a bacon sandwich and bacon was burnt. Explained the guys it was burnt. Supervisor and assistant both were saying it’s well done bacon. Tried to show even online how a bacon should look like but they just took no notice.

Subject: Formal Complaint – Incident at Wrights Bakery (Morrisons Service Station, Doncaster) Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to formally raise a complaint about the behaviour of a supervisor at Wrights Bakery, located in Morrisons Service Station, Doncaster. On 01/10/25 at around 11:05 am, I went into the store and politely handed over a tuna sandwich to be warmed. I asked if I could double check it was tuna. The supervisor responded with, “I will give you pork.” I then asked him to repeat what he had said, and he just smiled. It is evident from my appearance (including my beard and manner of dress) that I am Muslim, and as such I do not eat pork. His remark was therefore not only unprofessional but also deeply offensive and discriminatory. When I requested his name, he provided a false name (“Leee”) and attempted to cover his badge to prevent me from identifying him. This incident should be visible on your CCTV cameras at the stated time. I expect this matter to be taken seriously, investigated, and appropriate action to be taken against the member of staff involved. I would appreciate a written response to confirm that my complaint has been received and is being dealt with . Thanks

Staff member couldn't speak English very well so the language barrier made it so my order was wrong. I got a big bun for bacon bap, but only 1 bit of bacon? Tight portions. Coffee taste like battery acid.

Very disappointing has we got there to find no corn beef pasties ... which we drove 13 miles to get one. Wrights biggest seller and yet staff didn't know what I was asking for. One was stood there like a shop dummy.

We picked up our to good to go from here, the flavours and the pastry was lovely. Would use again.
