After being let down by an online store for a new mountain bike for my son a google search led me to eMado bikes. After a couole of messages with Pawel the owner, I took a trip to Doncaster to view the bike. The bike is in excellent condition and looks like new. Brilliant service and will most certainly recommend eMado to friends and family.
Had an excellent experience buying from emado online! They provided plenty of detailed photos and information, making it easy to know exactly what I was getting. The bike was packed extremely well and arrived quickly in perfect condition. I also really appreciated that the bike had already been put through the bike register checker. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for a second-hand MTB, will be buying from them again!
First of, the customer service is truly amazing! They were super forthcoming and made sure I understood the bike is re-owned. Bike sent via curier and is in excellent condition, the packaging made sure nothing got damaged in transit. Seriously good price for a bike that's essentially brand new, couldn't be happier!!
