Amazing service! I was recommended this place to change tyres and they've always fitted me in. I now go to them for more as they are really helpful and knowledgeable, and they always talk me through options and what is needed. I would recommend this place for sure!

Been today, had an oil, filter, air filter and fuel filter fitted. Always excellent service at this store. The staff are amazing and so helpful. Cannot recommend the store enough. Brilliant :)

Had some routine maintenance work done on my van here which I was happy with, however it was a few days later when my clutch failed when the guys here really helped me out. They helped me get my van to the garage, diagnosed the fault and repaired and got me back on the road within 24 hours. I was kept informed of what was happening and Nathan in the office explained what work needed to be done and why. I didn’t get the technicians names who worked on my van but they even fixed a fault on my van that I’d bodged myself without charge! Excellent service and I would give more stars if I could! Will be bringing all family vehicles here in future. Thanks guys!

Dear Management, I am writing to share a disappointing experience I had at your store earlier today (12th May) at around 12.30pm . I have purchased a suction mirror few days ago intended for use during my driving test. Unfortunately, it did not function properly — it would not stay securely attached to the windshield. I returned to the store shortly after with both the product and the receipt , hoping for a quick resolution. I approached the sales associate stationed near the entrance (by the bulb section) and clearly explained the issue while showing him both the item and the bill. However, he was unhelpful and dismissive. He told me there was nothing he could do and refused to assist with an exchange or refund. To make matters worse, instead of offering support or directing me to someone who could help, he spoke rudely and asked me to leave the store. This kind of customer service is unacceptable, especially when I came in with valid proof of purchase and a reasonable request. I hope you will look into this matter and take necessary steps to improve staff training and customer handling procedures. Thanks
