I had a deeply unpleasant experience at the roman store today in Doncaster Lakeside Village. I went in to buy a dress for my mum. The sales assistant was blunt, rude, and dismissive from the moment I asked about sizing. Her tone was sarcastic, and she made me feel unwelcome. When I politely decided not to buy the dress due to the returns policy of only exchange, she rolled her eyes at me unprovoked. When I questioned her attitude, she accused me of being rude earlier just because I had walked out of the store previously. It felt like she made assumptions about me based on how I look. I truly believe this treatment was racially motivated. I left the store feeling humiliated and disrespected. No apology was given despite me calmly addressing the issue. This is not how any customer should be treated. I expected better.

Fantastic staff,so friendly and helpful.. Went in after Work 5pm late night shopping took some returns. Staff were great letting me browse the shop putting different items on gift cards when I couldn't see anything else I liked.. Very patient with me.did not feel pressure or rushed even after their long day..

My type of clothes I love the shop .Most of my wardrobe is from here the quality is very good and I get E/Mails or FB every day from them so I know the stock very well.Doncaster is a very friendly shop advice given and alternate choices suggested. Love it x

Great service from Ellie. Really helpful ringing main office to get one order. Delivered to my house within 48 hours and even got 20% as I was a new customer.
