Buyer beware - My 14yr old daughter returned an item with a receipt. She was told that they couldn't refund it and she should find something in the store. No offer of credit note or gift card to the value of what she had bought. In the end she just picked anything. I wonder if I was there would that had happened.

Does not accept Love2Shop vouchers, Needs to remove the sticker off the window saying "love2shop vouchers accepted here"

Friendly staff and great bargains. However nothing fitted me and some of the clothes were poor quality. Need time to try before you buy and a skinny figure.

Terrible customer service!! The older lady with the dyed red hair needs to learn some manners and learn not snatch hangers off a potential customer!! Will not be going back there again.
