I am shopping here, many years already, almost every day. Usually mid day. This week I was very busy so I went there only 2 times. I went there in the morning, turned out the 7 o clock opening is 7:15. Today I went there late, 21:15, it was already closed. It supposed to be open till 22:00. While I understand unforseen circumstances can happen, this week I went there 2 times, and both of the times it was closed, while it supposed to be open. I give 2 stars, as the shop assistants are nice.

I was overcharged by 56p and I am having difficulties getting it back.various excuses are used.the latest is only the manager can issue refunds.i am a seventy year old pensioner and have been shown little respect.

Absolute joke of shop! It’s either shut for at least half of the hours it’s suppose to be open or when it is open you can’t get want you want because machine stops working or they’ve got leaks so shut aisles off and you still can’t get what you want. If the staff can’t be bothered to show up sack them! And if one stop can’t be bothered to run a shop properly shut it and let another company open a shop that actually gives a toss about customers. Pathetic shop, wouldn’t even give one star but that’s the minimum.

Staff were very rude. Door would not open when I initaly got to the store, when it was clearly open. A staff member inside yelled at me to stop pulling the door then someone opened it. Went inside to decide what I wanted and the same lady who yelled at me told me to leave. I was very confused and she was very rude. Made me feel very upset as I had done nothing wrong. Not sure if she thought I was stealing something but I was literally just deciding what I wanted. Very rude staff!!!
