OneBeyond

Located on the site of poundworld it’s a reincarnation of the £ shop . Now trading as OneBelow. It’s next to the market and in a pedestrian street .Parking can be a problem for the not so able as I discovered . I was able to park in a disabled parking space on a one way system in Market street ,but as is usually the case I have to unload from the rear and hope people leave me access . No didn’t happen and I had to sit and wait until the person who parked behind me came and moved !! Good job it wasn’t raining ! However before that I wheeled myself into the busy market area . Saturday morning and the place is very busy . As I approached OneBelow I could see it was going to be busy . The double glass door are the entrance and exit . They are not automatically opened and anyone in a wheelchair may require assistance . The floors and pavement are all flat and level . A disabled person would need either a wheelchair or scooter if arriving by car 🚗. There a lot of mainly foot traffic .I will look at parking as well . No restroom or wc on site . Everything is £1 or under .Part of my assessment was done for me as there were scooters ,wheelchairs, wheelies etc in this shop and all appeared to be getting around ok .At first glance it does not appear to be a big shop but a long narrow one .The secret however is in the address .You enter the store and make your way down the aisle , then the shop opens up to your left as well where they have taken over and knocked through into 2/3 of next door ..I was able to access all areas without any problems The staff were extremely busy but also very helpful as customers were finding there way around the store. At the tills my goods were packed for me .

Found some nice bargains today, I'll give it only 4* because not everyone in their stuff is into costumers, some of them seem to be kept there by force 😅

Love this shop. Staff and manager are always accommodating and so friendly but not only that the store is immaculate and so neat . It makes my experience so much easier to look for items or just browse. I can guarantee there’s always a bargain. Thank you 😊

Pleasant staff,excellent value for money and such a wise range of stock.One of my favourite shops since it opened.

The manager Julia is rubbish at her job because she spends all her time outside having a fag and im not allowed in the shop for whatever reason I've never stole never don't anything wrong in that shop I spent £180 then got told not to come in again.
