Fantastic service from Paula at Sofa Giant Doncaster - super helpful, no hassle and really knowledgeable which helped us select our new sofa. Love our 3 seater recliners and chair, really competitive price and it’s restored our faith in sofas after a terrible experience with another big name sofa company! Thanks again Paula, we’ll be back!
Amazing place, best prices on all sofas, garden furniture, beds and mattresses. Seen same pieces in other stores much more expensive. Even offered me next day delivery! Polite staff that leave you to look, but there if you want advice. No pushy sales staff. Phew what a relief! And only £20 local delivery. What more could you want?
Brilliant company ! Cannot recommend them highly enough ! We ordered 2 recliner sofas 12th June and less than a week later we're sitting on them . Sales lady was lovely and the delivery guys were so professional. Brilliant company to deal with!
Didn't know of Sofa Giants existence until we spotted their website. Paid their massive showroom a visit and were glad we did. Walked round for ages undisturbed then asked Diane the lovely sales lady about the suite that we fancied, she explained everything, in particular how recliners operated. Their prices are unbelievable. Ordered our suite, which was made to order and delivered within the agreed time.The delivery guys were thoughtful and very pleasant and phoned us to let us know when they were on their way. In all the suite is super comfortable and quite ingenious how it arrives in pieces and is assembled within minutes by the delivery lads. Highly recommend Sofa Giant to everyone.
Excellent service from end to end!! In the first instance I spoke with Pauline who had such a warm & welcoming tone! As soon as I placed my order, it was explained that my sofa would be delivered as soon as two days later. New sofa day arrived & the gents who delivered went above & beyond to make sure that I was happy with the product received! Both delivery men were extremely helpful and ensured that my new sofa was situated how I would like. I can’t thank sofa giant enough for their incredible service and I would highly recommend them to anyone! Great company and great people.
