Wow absolutely amazing service if there were 10 stars that’s what she would get ! The flowers are stunning absolutely gorgeous! This is my go to for flowers as a family we use this florist often and we’ve had funeral flowers from here a few times that were truly breath taking ! I’ve never purchased flowers from another florist of this quality , super beautiful fresh flowers ,value for money ! Definitely worth the drive to collect ! they also offer delivery service that is also Value for money and very punctual all in all a fantastic review all the positives no negatives fantastic friendly service xxx

My sister's ordered from here for my late husband's funeral last week. As we were at the side of the graveside flowers were falling out. The stems of the arrangement had NOT been secured properly. Katie's were contacted through phone by my sister who ordered them, and I left an answer machine message explaining what had happened and at how upsetting this was on my husband's funeral day!! I left my number and wasn't contacted. I then phoned today to which no sympath no empathy, or compassionate reply for how the condition of the flowers were at the graveside, but that they had arrived in good condition to the funeral director s and that they had taken pictures of it on arrival and looked ok. I said to Katie's that bearing in mind it LOOKED nice but the practicality and sturdiness was NOT there! I was told by Katies "Not being disrespectful but I was not the one who had ordered it, and it had been delivered and looked ok". Unprofessionally no empathy no empathy or a sorry , or thought of my feelings of how I felt on the day of my husband's funeral. A simple "sorry can't talk to you.!!" She had already spoke to my sister's and clearly wasn't going to do anything about it with the ones who had ordered it!.... So please think about ordering from here, the customer service is terrible in my circumstances. I am left with upset sisters who loved their brother in law....upset myself as I don't have a proper flower arrangement for my husband that passed away... No thought for the deceased who won't have a proper arrangement!!! My sister's and friends will never order from here again.

Beautiful My wife was delighted have had them a week and still beautiful, the scent from the lilies is gorgeous. Well worth the money

My husband came in looking for flowers on valentines day, yes he should have planned ahead but the florist was so rude to him and belittling for expecting to be able to buy flowers in a florist. We've used a them a few times but we won't be coming again.

Wonderful service and fast, helpful response! I called to get flowers delivered to a funeral in the morning, as most florists in the area appeared to be closed, or unavailable! Katie sorted it and delivered a beautiful spray, direct to the funeral home and in time for the service! Thank you so much! Mark Ryan
