Very hectic store but great value cards compared to some of the other greeting card retailers in the town centre. It can sometimes be hard to find what you are after, especially when major events are on which seem to take prominence from a layout perspective, but always great value and staff are able to help when not busy serving.

Always go to this store for my cards. The staff are always friendly. HOWEVER my visit today was a nightmare. Very hot weather outside, but no air conditioning meant that everyone was literally either fanning themselves with the cards, or walking out gasping! Was the only store in Doncaster I visited today that didn’t have air con. Come on Card Factory! I really don’t know how the staff were coping!

Lady was helpful selecting a 50th wedding anniversary card. Quick at the till too. All cards tidy and in order. Clean carpet with wide aisles.

I was served by a lady who is on her 50’s this afternoon, she was very rude and didn’t want to listen at all. Not happy as a customer and will never do any kind of shopping again in this store. I hope her manager sees her action towards the customers and does what is necessary. She doesn’t deserve to work in an environment where she deals with customers face to face, only because there are a lot of young people and kids about. I wouldn’t like my child to learn anything from that kind of person.
