Myself and my daughter visited this store today, in search of something more natural to treat her eczema. The staff we met were friendly and helpful, and the lady who helped us choose some Hemp products spent a great deal of time explaining how to use the product to get the best results. She also shared her own skin concerns and the routine she uses, and gave us product suggestions. When we went to pay, my daughter was looking at the skin tints. The lady who served me then took the time to colour match my daughter (who is only 11) and provide samples of the most suitable colours. My daughter was really impressed when we left the shop, and said she felt special because the lady had taken the time with her. I also got a sample of the camomile cleansing balm, which I am really looking forward to trying. A fantastic store with friendly, helpful staff. We’ll be back!

A well organised store with good outlet prices and a wide range of products you'd expect from The Body Shop. I visited yesterday and got some perfume oil. I love it so much that I went back today and bought some more! I loved coming in and browsing, very friendly vibes. What really made a difference to my visits was the service I received from Wicky (pronounced Vicky!). She is friendly, fun and knowledgeable. I didn't feel pressured and she was happy to help me get the most out of my experience on both visits! I received a sample of foot cream yesterday and today a sample of body scrub...both products are gorgeous and I'll be back again soon, no doubt about it! Thank you for your lovely service Wicky, was lovely to see you again 😄
The products at the body shop is amazing,my skin always feels good after using the product, love the vitamin C and E range its my favourite. If you need any help the staff are there for you. Plus you can get a coffee at the outlet after 😆
