When searching for 100th birthday for my Mother, i came across Special Thoughts. Their selection of cards was beautiful and i chose one. I got a reply acknowledging my order and a further email the next working day (Monday) to say it had been shipped. The card arrived within a few days in excellent condition having been very well packaged in protective card. It was every bit as good as it looked on the website. They also very kindly enclosed an extra (albeit slightly damaged) card relating to the year 1925. They could simply have binned it but were kind enough to send me it. Special Thoughts may be a small business but they have a big heart! I heartily recommend them. Their skill and kindness have added much to a very special family occasion.
I was absolutely delighted with the Pearl Wedding Anniversary card which I purchased online for my wife recently. The card quality, design and the verse inside was perfect. The delivery was fast and the packaging was secure. I'll definitely use Special Thoughts again in the future, and I highly recommend them to others who are considering. I stumbled upon this website by chance having looked through loads of card websites but just not finding what I wanted in a card. I found the perfect cards at this store instantly, and went back a second time to order more. I shall be using this store forever when I need cards. All the cards are top quality, thick card with beautiful designs, delivery is quick and the cards are very well packaged so no bending even when posted through the letterbox. Without any doubt I fully recommend this store. Excellent service.
Returned again this year to buy my year’s supply of Christmas and birthday cards. A good selection and at reasonable prices. Delivery turnaround was swift and the parcel well packaged As a bonus the owner has a sense of humour- probably from the some of the cards she sells !
