I dont ever leave negative reviews but we was quite upset at how rude and abrupt the lady owner was to our young son regarding trading cards last week. He very politely and shyly asked her a question and she was very abrasive in her response to him and he didnt know what to say but was really embarrassed. To help him I took over and then finished asking our query and her response was very patronising to me. Nothing warranted this lack of customer service at all and I was shocked by it so we just politely left without purchase and we wont be back as was made to feel extremely uncomfortable.

To be honest very negative not interested in answering my questions bad luck to them I may have got some items but looked at me not great being friendly is a nice thing to be especially they are doing a business not hap5will never go there again shame it had lots of potential

Came in today to ask about pokemon single packs, she said they dont have any in but then offered to show me her pokemon card collection was nice. they both asked if i would like to look downstairs. they are lovely people and i would go back again!

I hadn’t even purchased anything, but was invited so warmly to join and look around at what was to offer. The owners were extremely excited to speak about the items and I could have spent hours looking at what they had. It’s a hidden gem, ran by people who care about what they stock, that makes me really happy, and is rare to find these days. Like I mentioned, I haven’t bought anything yet, and thanks to my first visit, they’ve earned themselves a customer who will be back, again and again. See you again soon!

First time been in this shop. Got to say very impressed, The gentleman who served me while not knowing much about Pokémon cards was very polite and tried to help the lady who usually does them was not there. Loads of stock and fair prices. Will make this my local now. Only grumble really was cash only as would have preferred card as couldn't spend as much
