Always a really nice experience shopping here and would always go back. Staff are always lovely and very attentive, nothing is too much trouble. Would always be my first choice for watch/jewellery shopping. Edit - went back in today for some assistance with a watch I'd purchased. Pleased to say nothing has changed from a customer service point of view. Really attentive and friendly staff. One of the ladies even helped to entertain my little boy who was getting a bit restless while we were being seen.

The worst customer service experience ever. Was basically told I was lying when I went to return my watch after 6 days due to it gaining time. First it was scratched so there wouldn’t exchange it even though it had a scratch on when it was purchased which I pointed out to Evie the sales assistant present at the time but who then denied the conversation took place. Then the watch has to sent to Leeds or Southampton. Then they have to keep it for 24 hrs before they can exchange. The story changes minute by minute. I don’t know what the other stores are like but the Frenchgate branch needs to be avoided at all cost as some of the staff are very rude and lie to make up for there lack of knowledge and customer service skills. Certainly don’t buy a watch from them I spent £800 on a watch that doesn’t keep accurate time and according to the store will scratch every time I wear it because it is titanium

I just wanted to leave a review and thank Lauren for her excellent customer service. We popped into the store at the weekend and Lauren greeted us with a warm welcome. She made us feel relaxed and at ease, and listened to our needs and was happy to help and advise us. Although we didn't purchase anything that day, we would be happy to return based on the great customer service alone. Thanks again.
