I was interested in buying a particular watch which was only available instore and not on the website (Ernest Jones are missing a trick not uploading these onto their website) and contacted the store in order to search for it. I spoke with Satveer who was really helpful and searched for the watch I was interested in, having taken time to find the watch, she uploaded photos for me and then arranged to have it transferred to a store near me for collection. This was in every way an excellent service from the staff but especially Satveer and Alison who put time, effort and determination into ensuring the customer got what the product they wanted with the least amount of inconvenience possible. A 5 star experience
I cannot speak highly enough of the service we have received on our recent visit there! They went over and above to solve our issue. Richard the store manager and Kim have been fantastic! They thoroughly deserve 5 stars
Aimee was so very helpful in the store. She made us feel extremely appreciated and comfortable during our visit. So much so that we upgraded our engagement ring aswell as purchasing our wedding bands. Thank you for being so kind and efficient during our visit, Aimee. You were lovely!
