Big Thank you to the lovely Laura in the Doncaster Frenchgate store, I’ve been looking for a particular ring which I originally purchased in the sale online, however due to a error online, my order was cancelled, Laura managed to find the same ring (a few sizes bigger) from another store and had it transferred over, arranged for it to be resized and honoured my original sale price. Picked up my new bling today and couldn’t be happier. Thanks so much Laura for also putting an extra smile on my daughter’s face. Highly recommend this store for all their help and smiling faces ❤️

Very dissappointed with Doncaster branch. After having to re send a ring back for polish and repair as it wasn't done properly and had to wait a further 10 days, I found having made a special journey to pick up said ring the shutters were down at 5pm saying they had decided to close early and couldn't let me have my ring back until tomorrow! I'm now away which i told them about. Didnt seem bothered!I Hope the ring is perfect when I eventually get it back. There wasn't a very sincere apology and i won't be using their services again nor recommend them!!
Really messed about with this store. Got measured in the store. Ring arrived to big. Ordered another still to big. No replies to my emails. Bought another ring. Had to pick it up at the store. Another nightmare, given a gift card with £1.00 credit. Went to pick up the ring....because I did not have the credit receipt they would not allow me to take the ring even though I had proof of identity and my email as proof. Drove back home to pick up the £1 Credit voucher and picked up the ring. Will not be returning.
