Pandora Doncaster

1 star For the plump lady with the black Bob working in your Doncaster branch today. I found you abrupt and just rude. You’re in the wrong job if you can’t even manage a smile ore a please or thank you. As someone who purchases a lot from Pandora, I will never purchase from your Doncaster branch again. You let this branch down. I just wish I could name you. 👎🏻

The very good looking tall dark handsome gentleman who has worked at your store for only four months is an asset to your store. He was extremely helpful and allowed me to try his bangle on which was a perfect fit. I shall be buying from Crystal peaks tomorrow(as you didnt have any). Thank you so much. I know you were closing but you never made me feel rushed and I felt taken care of. Thank you kim and rose 🌹 x

Today Friday 30th august 2024 9.45 am I visited this store and the sales assistant was an absolute treasure. My partner bought me a ring in April , I lost a stone and did not realise ,I did not have the receipt as my partner had it but was not able to find it .i ask if they could send my ring away for repairs, but the sales assistant gave me a new ring with a 2 year guarantee. I could not believe it so grateful.First class service first class customer care . She is a credit to your team at Pandora. Highly recommend , dealt with my return an problem with the highest standard

Called in yesterday to chose a mother’s day gift. Had to queue a while as they were very busy which was to be expected, lady who was greeting customers (sorry didn’t catch her name) was lovely and came over and had a chat with us while we waited to be served. Elisha who served us was fantastic. She was very patient with me while I kept changing my mind from wanting a thumb ring to earrings then to a different ring. She helped me in making my decision and although they were very busy she didn’t make me feel rushed at all. She was very kind and professional. Thankyou!

My wife wanted to return a ring she had purchased in February this year (still under warranty, with receipt) because a stone had fallen out. The member of staff was most unhelpful, firstly blaming my wife for the stone falling out because she wasn't cleaning it regularly, then said she would have to return it after Christmas for it to be assessed as the place handling this was too busy. No replacement was offered and my wife left feeling very disappointed. A quick phone call to the Pandora shop at White Rose centre Leeds (where she bought it from) and a replacement was offered immediately once my wife confirmed she'd got the receipt. What a difference between two shops. Doncaster is our nearest store but shouldn't make a difference
