Rang to confirm I could bring a palladium wedding band here, as not many places take them and I know this place does, or did, as I've sold an old wedding band here before. The lady kindly said yes of course I could bring it. So I travelled from Leeds to show her, with the expectation of selling it. Upon arrival there was the lady and a bloke. The bloke immediately said, "I wouldn't buy it", apparently "palladium doesn't sell". That's all fine and I accept that. But you could have told me that on the phone before I made the hour trip from Leeds. Completely wasted my time! EDIT - Follow up 03/05/23 I received a call from the lady owner of the store, who rang to establish what had happened and provided an apology to my - even kindly offered a £40 voucher to spend it store. So although my experience this time wasn't a good as it was the first time I went to the store, they did react positively to my complaint. Thank you I appreciate the voucher offer and apology.
