Always helpful and friendly staff. Good choice for trade. Very well stocked with frequent restock. Recently noticed some brands are cheaper from major online retail outlets Note Batleys Pet Supplies is Trade Only and not open to general public

Wish they would correct their Sunday opening hours on website Shows 8a.m. I sat 30mins now waiting for 08.30!!

Turned up 1614 only to be told doors close at 1615,yet pallets were blocking every door barring one, Internet states 5pm so had a wasted journey, they really need to give customers the correct information... Gave 2 stars for the wasted journey and wrong information posted
