Extremely disappointing service. EE fails to deliver reliable performance, the connection is unstable, and customer support is unhelpful and slow to respond. For a company of this size, the quality is far below expectations and not worth the cost at all.

As I didn't find where to leave feedback about EE itself, I leave my feedback here. I used to use different kind of phone companies, however I decided to have a new phone with contract, this is how I ended up at EE. I pay unlimited internet, with a phone I pay 140 £/month. I never have internet. It is not working, or extremely slow. When I make a phone call, I have to look for a spot in the house, where is signal. Obviously I stay with them, because of the contract, but after that I will never look back...
Had the worst experience ever with these paid £1,600 for a phone to never receive it. emailed them multiple times for then to be spoken to with unprofessional manners by two employees, they told me DPD would deliver it the same week but never received it , months later had to contact them to even get my refund which they should of contacted me as soon as they received the phone back I had waited in the house for months to receive nothing! . RECOMMEND NOT TO BUY from this store. absolute joke still waiting for a refund to this day..
