Took my phone in for a screen repair and they initially installed a bad screen. I had to go back and they tried to tell me it was a contrast issue. After explaining they took it back, over one week later still hadn't heard anything so I had to call them to ask what was happening. No apologies or discount on the £140 they charged for a screen repair and screen protector. The screen protector didn't fit right and my selfie camera is now foggy which means facial recognition doesn't work and my fingerprint doesn't work. £140 down the drain, time to buy a new phone..

I took my iPhone in yesterday and was very impressed with the fast and efficient service provided to me. I told them I thought I needed to replace the phone but they told me they could fix it for a very reasonable cost. And they did. Within 30 mins I had a perfectly good phone again. Highly recommended.
Wanted to sell my phone, went to the shop and showed him it and we agreed on a price. Nipped to frenchgate for something quickly walked all the way back and then he lowered the price. Don’t agree on a price and then make me walk to your shop to tell me you don’t want to pay that price.. it’s bad business.
Fixed my iPhone 12 and made it look like new again. Wish I had pictures of before and after, put it this was you could see inside the phone. But these guys got it back to it’s fully operational order at a brilliant price. Thanks guys will be recommending you to others!!!
