sold me a water damaged iphone 13 for £300 but didn’t tell me it was damaged by water and it needed a new display screen and fully cleaned out. when trying to message them about this to see if they could sort it under their warranty they do i haven’t still yet had a reply.
bought a phone case here. they tried to say it was £17 so i said no then they dropped it to £15 i still said no so they said £10 so i said okay because they wouldn’t stop asking and for a £10 phone case i wouldn’t expect it to be damaged in less than a week. the colour is already coming off of the phone case. wouldn’t recommend buying a phone case from here unless you want it broken in less than a week.
