Shocking company! Avoid!! Ordered oxen rugby boots for my son, the studs came out after a couple of times of wearing. Couldn’t find the studs online to order a replacement, contacted them, only to be told the studs were out of stock with no restock date. 2.5 months on the studs still aren’t back in stock, I’ve emailed them 4 times asking for a refund and they just don’t reply!!! So frustrating, just shoddy service, absolute cow boys!

First order took over the delivery time and only a partial order and did not advise until I contacted them and then got that part of the order refunded 3 days later. Free hat as advertised never arrived and got told none left. Second order arrived late, but at least complete. Latest order have a confirmation and money left my account. Then got emails saying return to your basket as something missing. Checked and it said basket empty and then got exactly the same email a day later and the same. Its now 6 days emailed and no reply and the phone number does not work. Advice just go to the club shop its quicker and easier absolutely hopeless wont be using them again. Avoid like the plague absolute joke.

Ordered ARU shirt 8 Jan paid DHL delivery charge nothing received 19 Jan after chasing for delivery date got message to say that was out of stock on site and I would get refund in 3 - 5 days

Avoid this company at all costs. Purchased an item a week later had to chase, the got an email to say it was now with the haulier and would be 3/5 working days. A week later I had to rechase and was then told it was out of stock - shocking customer service. I was offered a voucher for free shipping on another item !! not a chance. Check other reviews this is not "one off" experience

RIP off. Got email from England Rugby league on the Monday. Saying if I bought the ashes shirt I’d get the free t shirt. No free t shirt arrived. Company said I was too late ordering. I ordered as soon as I got the message. CON.
