Been today, 30th October 2025 for a screen protector,satisfied, no problem with that but for some reason the clear phone case cover had been taken off, wasn't until I got home, realised the 2 feathers that I had put in had been removed, sounds petty I know but they both had sentimental value, the guy never even asked or mentioned anything about them, feel quite angry about that.
Beware. Do not use this shop. Read the negative reviews, the positive ones look like friends of owners. I used this shop a little while back. Went in to get a my phone screen fixed, small crack. The staff member managed to break the back of my phone while trying to fix the front. Was told to return to the shop when a new part had been ordered so they could fix their mistake....Still waiting now....months later. UPDATE. The front of the phone that I originally wanted fixing has fallen off. See photos.
I brought a Nokia 2720 flip phone from this shop for my disabled daughter to find out the phone is a fake, The real Nokia 2720 has one simcard slot 4G LTE and WIFI The one you sold me has only 2G no WIFI, no internet, when I press the button for google assistant nothing happens 100% fake ISMART DONCASTER PLEASE WILL YOU REFUND MY £70 I contacted HMD GLOBAL and was told they only make one 2720 with 4G LTE,WIFI,INTERNET ACCESS ONE SIM SLOT The phone you sold me is the one on the right in all 3 pictures
Wouldn't recommend to anyone awful experience fist dodgy third party screen and the blames you, first broken screen and the refuses to replace it
Best Phone repair shop in Doncaster! I needed a screen protector for a Galaxy S22 Ultra. They couldn't have done any more to help. Even went as far as fitting a screen protector, trying the fingerprint scanner, finding It didn't work so they didn't charge for the screen protector! If that wasn't enough, they even let me have a flip phone case cheaper so i could protect my screen that way. I've read some of the other reviews on here, but I can honestly say I couldn't have got a better service anywhere else. Like I said, we will be back!! So, in short. If you need a phone repair shop, do yourself a favour and just go there. I'm glad I did.
