Having been to lots of these types of places with the kids......this ranks up there as one of the best! It's huge with so much for the kids to do.... The paid session slots are great length (2.5hours) and they even do deals with food including. Kids went in and apart from time they came out for eating, never saw them lol, as they were exploring and having so much fun. On that note, it's so big be prepared to take a while to find you kids :-) Access for wheelchair friendly Food was great, well prepared and served and once ordered (quite a queue) came out quickly and looked good quality, nice selection on the menu. Toilets fine, clean and well set out for all ages. Parking is free (small car park) and there is on street parking too (subject to availability)...note not to park in other businesses designated parking. Lots of seating for parents Only thing I would say is maybe a quicker hot drinks service as it gets busy and the queue gets longer, but no big deal. All in all highly recommended, will certainly be coming again and we'll done all the staff there that are friendly helpful and by the looks of it hard working, makes all the difference to the experience for kids and parents/carers Thank you

Came today with my two sons & niece, chose here for the drop slide that they advertise to ask a member of staff why it wasnt open to be told they would speak to there manager has they needed staff to stand at the top and bottom of slide i waited 1 hr before asking again has i got no response to be told by the same member of staff that they would speak to management about opening the slide. Still no repsonse and then the 2.5hr session was over. The play area Prices are a good price at the cafe & affordable unlike some other play areas, play area is big has a football area, and the toddler area is of good size also. I would recommend it but if your kids love a drop slide dont hype them up about it having one has they could end up dissapointed like mine.

Here for a child's birthday party with my daughter. The slime parties are really fun and they all enjoyed the area. Good coffee and fairly priced. Seems really clean and very friendly staff

The experience for the children was excellent. They really enjoyed it and can't wait to visit again. For two and a half hours they climbed and explored, they were so happy needless to say they fell asleep on the way home. Thank you to all the team for a pleasant afternoon.
