I’ve been training with Flex wellbeing & fitness and I can confidently say Carly is one of the best personal trainers I’ve worked with. Carly is knowledgeable, encouraging, and truly committed to helping her clients reach their goals. Every session is well-planned, challenging, and tailored to my individual needs. What I appreciate most is Carly’s attention to form, technique, and safety. Carly pushes me just the right amount and makes every workout both effective and enjoyable. Thanks to Carly’s guidance, I’ve seen real improvements in my strength, energy, and confidence. The Gym is full of friendly individuals who are always welcoming. If you’re looking for a dedicated and skilled PT who genuinely cares about your progress, I highly recommend Flex wellbeing & fitness.

I was never a person. Who enjoyed the gym, struggling to understand what weight I should like, or if I was doing it correctly. Always opting for classes to improve my fitness At flex I have been taught the technique plus an understanding of the weight I am capable of lifting, along with how to safely push myself. I am now leaner, healthier and bench pressing more than ever. The gym is friendly, supportive and a great place to train, with no judgement from anyone. Recommend to anyone no matter where they are on there fitness journey

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely fantastic gym! The atmosphere is always so welcoming and friendly — you feel comfortable the minute you walk through the door. A special shout-out to Carly, my PT, who is genuinely amazing. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and knows exactly how to push you in the best way. Her sessions are motivating, fun, and tailored perfectly to my goals. I’ve never felt stronger or more confident. Highly recommend this gym and especially Carly — she’s an absolute star! 💪✨

I’ve been part of Flex for over 12 months, and it’s honestly been life-changing. This isn’t just a gym—it’s a community of like-minded people who support and motivate each other every day. The training is top-notch, with everything from deadlifts, bench press, and bicep curls to kettlebell and shoulder exercises. There’s always something new to challenge yourself, whether it’s an intense ab exercise session or prepping with a great pre-workout routine. I particularly love the circuit sessions for that cardio hit! Beyond the workouts, Flex has helped me build incredible friendships and improve my overall wellness. The positive atmosphere makes fitness fun and sustainable. If you’re looking for a place that combines expert training with a welcoming community, Flex is the place to be!

Flex Wellbeing & Fitness is an amazing gym, a gym like no other I've encountered. I've been a member at Flex since February and can honestly say my body has never changed so much...and I credit this to the new owner and PT Carly Adkins I decided that aswell as Flex lift classes, I would enrol for a 3 month PT ( personal training classes) , which I take 1 per week. My goal was to do a pull up. With Carlys experience and technique I was able to achieve this much quicker than I anticipated. The shoulder, bicep, triceps and back exercise regimes she pushes me through have increased my upper body strength more than I thought possible. I also attend lift classes with my husband there, which we thoroughly enjoy, performing a range of exercises including deadlift, bench press and leg press. Tracy ,PT, also works us hard on the fab circuit classes and works the room with ease and confidence , encouraging everyone to work to their best ability . If you want to train in a great facility with great PTs who really want you to achieve, who ensure you perform exercises correctly, then give Flex a try, you won't look back
