Great place to moor right in the town centre and close to bus and railway stations and French gate shopping centre. Secure gated moorings with access only via a waterways key. You can stay up to 72 hours. We always moor here on our way out or back from a longer trip.
Secure three day moorings with water and rubbish disposal. Popular place to stop and not many visitor moorings
Ideal place to tie up for all the facilities. It can be noisy from traffic on the bridge but it's safe and has a rubbish point with recycling and is within an easy walk of the market and all the shops, bars and restaurants a boater could need
It's not really a marina as such - no slipway, pumpout or elsan. It's a wharf with just a pontoon (safe place - gated accessed by BWB key) to moor for 72 hours and fill up with water. Very good local access to town center and market and friendly resedential locals.
My brother parked his boat here for my visit to him from London at the time.
