I ordered 19 days ago. My cheque was cleared within days but I have received no goods. Evri said Kingston havent sent the parcel yet for delivery but Kingston told me 4 days ago I would have the parcel within 4 days. I am not happy as I need the goods and could have ordered elsewhere with delivery in 5 days. Wish I could have my money back.
This company used to bombard my mother in law with catalogues. We asked them to stop in February via their data protection officer email, and send many reminders, always sending the envelopes back 'return to sender'. They never replied and the junk mail kept coming. She died in May. We asked them to stop. They haven't. Shameless. Avoid.
Purchased an item in November. Upon receipt it was discovered it was the wrong size. Called customer services, who told me to send the item back with the enclosed order form. And to mark on the invoice the correct item and size I required and they would send me a replacement. Now a month down the line and no replacement. Cannot get through to anyone on the phone. So lost both payment and item. Won't be using them again.
I ordered some garden edging pieces 10 days ago and have not yet received them. I can't find any email address to make an enquiry and I am certainly not going to phone a premium phone number. I know Covid19 has caused some delays but I have ordered other stuff from a few different places but have not had to wait this amount of time, I honestly don't know how you keep this business going with all the bad ratings I have seen. I usually check to see if a place I am ordering stuff from is good before I order but on this occasion I didn't, I definitely will not deal with them again and will make sure I tell all my friends not to deal with them. If I don't get my order within the next 7 days I will start a proceedings with PayPal, just glad I used PayPal, this will be my first ever problem I have had when buying with PayPal.
My experience suggests that they are rip off merchants. Goods did not arrive emailed, rang the 13p per minute ((says it all) customer care line. No reply and no answer call just rang at premium rate. Glad I paid with PayPal. They opened a dispute. Even then they made it as difficult as possible. This was just for a tenner. Don't touch with a bargepole. Shame you can't give minus stars.
