We're hiring a Legal & HR Officer to own day‑to‑day HR operations and legal execution across the Group. This is a hands‑on, commercially focused role for an experienced paralegal or legal operations professional who wants real ownership and visibility in a VC‑backed growth business. You'll be responsible for: HR operations: contracts, onboarding, performance reviews, policies, suppliers Legal operations and commercial contracts (NDAs, MSAs, distribution agreements) Governance, equity admin (Vestd), and fundraising support About you: 3–10 years' experience in legal ops / paralegal / HR‑legal roles Strong employment and commercial contract exposure Comfortable operating independently in a scaling organisation Why join: Senior, broad role with genuine ownership Exposure to growth, fundraising, and global expansion c.£55k salary, 10% pension, private health, bonus, hybrid working
