New Earswick Post Office

So friendly and willing to go that extra mile to help. Needed to call them as could get no sense from EVRI (app tracking and phone call) Prompt answer from New Earswick PO to my call. Gill had no hesitation in offering to check for the parcel which had not yet arrived. Gill then immediately volunteered to call me when it did arrive. This kind offer ensured that I would not have a wasted trip as my confidence in the couriers tracking was zero. Many thanks.

I have a Blue Badge, therefore, I am able to park quite close. The Post office is just on the right as you walk into the Folk Hall through the entrance nearest to the swimming baths. The doors are also assisted doors where you bress the silver pad and the doors open automatically. There is always a friendly face waiting to assist you and so far, everyone I have dealt with has been knowledgeable, able to answer my questions and have provided a quick and efficient service. Previously, I have used the Post Office in the Folk Hall for parcels to be picked up from Vinted etc. I have also used this Post Office to post parcels and various items of different shapes and sizes. I have never had a problem with items not turning up Overall, I find New Earswick Post Office a really positive experience every time and do not hesitate to recommend it. The Staff make the experience so much easier and pleasant.
